A VACANT HOME CAN LEAVE YOU UNINSURED
Standard home insurance may not cover damage incurred while a house is vacant, unless it is regularly inspected (typically every three days) and documented. Home Watch Kingston service provides you with scheduled, customized checks specific to your needs.
New homeowners may appreciate Home Watch services while their home is under construction to check progress, contractor presence, etc. I will check your home and report to you as frequently as you require.
I will watch your home and can perform the following checks with customization:
Vary lighting and drapes; collect mail, flyers and newspapers
Inspect and ensure all systems are operational (heating and cooling; hydro; water and pipes)
Check for damages (broken windows; blocked drains)
Customize a home check schedule for you, depending on insurance requirements
Provide reports and/or photos when and how you want them
Work with your alarm monitoring company

I am a retired Police Officer with 25 years of experience in law enforcement and have extensive knowledge in surveillance and investigations. I have been a resident of Kingston for over 15 years and an active member within my community.

Expert Service
OUR BASIC EXTERIOR CHECK INCLUDES:
· Visual walk around, checking windows, doors, sheds, fences, and gates, for signs of vandalism or trespassing.
· Check exterior of home for weather damage, or drainage problems.
· Remove papers or flyers, and pick up mail.
· Look for signs of pests.
· Place garbage out for collection.

EXTERIOR/INTERIOR INSPECTION - (STARTING AT $39)

OUR BASIC EXTERIOR / INTERIOR CHECK INCLUDES
Everything in our basic exterior check plus:
Check the security of all locks on windows, and doors.
Ensure appliances, furnace, air conditioner, and water heater are operational.
Replace furnace filter if supplied, and requested.
Test or flush all water fixtures, and drains if required.
Check circuit breakers.
Test lighting, replace bulbs if required.
Check smoke detectors, and carbon monoxide detectors, replace batteries if required.
Adjust curtains or blinds.
Water indoor plants.Look for signs of pests.
